What is your return policy?

We offer an exchange or product only refund within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be sent back with original packaging. For all returns please email info@vuloxvanity.com with your order number.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled. 

Where do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping within the U.S.

Are Vulox Vanity products sold in any other retailers?

At the moment they are only sold on our website. 

Why does my product look different than the photos online?

The images on our website represent our colors as close as possible, however the actual color may appear different on everyone. How the color is perceived depends on certain factors like screek brightness and color settings, lighting & skin tone.

Are your products vegan & cruelty free?

Yes, all of our products are vegan & cruelty free. We are PETA certified. 

All products are also Gluten free, Paraben free, Sulfate free, Talc free & GMO free.
